VISITORS TO NAPIER
NO PERMITS REQUIRED RESTRICTIONS REMOVED WELLINGTON, March 16. Advice has been received from Mr C. O. Morse, chairman of the Napier earthquake relief fund committee, that the restrictions on Napier residents and others returning to or visiting Napier have now been removed and permits are no longer required.
