SUBSTANTIAL PRIZE MONEY EVASION OF RESTRICTIONS DUBLIN, March 14. It is estimated that the prizes in the Dublin sweepstakes are £300,000 first, £150,000 second, and £IOO,OOO third. In addition there is £90,000 distributed among horse holders and 30,000 prizes of £IOOO each. Extraordinary subterfuges of English speculators to overcome the restrictions arc disclosed. A business house in Dublin received a cage containing a pigeon with a substantial sum hidden in the cage. The pigeon was released and flew to England with the necessary tickets. Old boots, inner motor tubes and boxes of chocolates also have been used to convey money to iDublin,
