MARKET REPORT Messrs. Newton King, Limited, report a highly successful supplementary fair at Kohuratahi on Wednesday last. Approximately 2,500 sheep were yarded and all, with the exception of two small pens, were disposed of under the hammer at most satisfactory prices. Six,car loads of buyers from various Taranaki districts were in attendance and the majority operated freely. Prices were on a per with those obtained at earlier sales In the Kohuratahi and Whangamomona districts, and it is evident that buyers from ouwalde districts appreciate the quality of the sheep offered from time to time at Kohuratahi and Whangamomona.
