FRENCH AIR ESTIMATES
A SUBSTANTIAL INCREASE. PARIS, March 7. The Air Estimates were in .roduced in the Chamber, showing a total of £17,832,000. The figures indicate an increase of £1,(500,000 for the year, including subsidies on air mail lines to South America, Madagascar and IndoChina totalling £1,508,000, and new war 'planes £4,424,000.
