' The results for the first month indicate the benefits for the unemployed deriving from the Government's emergency scheme five thousand ar 0 already working and £50,000 has been distributed among them. Another two thousand five hundred begin work to-day and by the end of this week, ten thousand will 'be earning wages for the firstj this winter.
