Another insurance case is L°-ing investigated in the Police Court at Sydney. Clarence Hogue, aged 5j company secretary, Arthur JRiche, 4manager, Vivian Partridge, 38, di - ector, and Arthur Gardner, clerk, i 11 are charged with conspiracy to d, fraud policy holders, the Federal Budding Assurance Company Limited and i thor insurance organisations.
,-Prosecuting counsel stated i hat when one company sold to another, nvo of the defendants, on retiring from the directorate of the company sold, ”c----ceived £18,00«. The case is part heard.
