GERMANY v- AMERICA PARIS, July 21 The trade war between lending German and American electrical manufacturing companies over the talkie patents lias been settled here, the rival groups agreeing to divide most or the world between them, and work hand and hand. Tn the future American talking pictures may be shown on German machines, or vice-versa.
