He was Consul General for the Argentine Republic for Australia and New Zealand from 1892 to 1917, Mr HERBERT JEANS. (Received 9.55 am.) LONDON, July 4. The death ha's occurred of Mr. Herbert Jeans, chief editor of Reuters, from heart failure.
