DAMAGE TO RAILWAY BY EARTHQUAKE
EMBANKMENT SUBSIDES. (Received 170-20 a.in.) , DELHI, July 4. Twenty miles of railway embankment subsided and serious damage was done to bridges on the Bengal Demurs Railway during the earthquake. Railway service has been suspended in maiiy parts of Eastern .ndia and further tremors were experienced at Jauhati, where nearly every 'budding wsis Jdanidgedj Ai} /Rangoon. in Ndrth Bengal many T persons were seriously injured -
