CATASTROPHE IN KANSAS
LOW PRICE OF WHEAT. GOVEENOE SEEKS BELIEF. SAN FRANCISCO, June 26. A message rfom Topeka, Kansas, says that Governor Heed, asserting that the State is facing a catastrophe owing to the unduly depressed price of wheat, has asked the farm Board to purchase an additional 25,000,000 or more bushels of wheat.
