CREEK EARTHQUAKE CAUSES PANIC.
(United P.A. Electric Telegraph, Copyright). (Received 11.50 a.m.) ATHENS,fi April 18. A sharp earthquake centred only thirty miles from Athens caused a panic among the worshippers at tho Corinth peloponessuis.
Two church towers crashed, holy images toppled over and the worshippers fled in panic. Many houses collapsed.
