MAN AND WIFE KILLED
NGAURANGA GORGE CRASH TWO CHILDREN ESCAPE WELLINGTON, April 13. Norman John Cook, a Johnson villc grocer, and Ids wife, have died as the result of a motor accident in the Ngauranga Gorge road at about -2.45 this afternoon. Two fivc-soater cars collided at a right-angled bend and Cook’s car went over the bank and was completely wrecked, ending its career n a stream at the bottom.
