Ho collided with a stationary mot-or-car while proceeding home at •> (fclock to Island Bay. His counsel (Mr Leicester) said that he had hau two drinks after -1.30 while waiting for his car. Counsel remarked that a member of an honourable profession appearing he.lore the Court twice on such a charge avas more than a. disgrace. It was a calamity when one realised the hiidi position dhfendant’s father had held on the Bench of this country. Mr Pago imposed a hue of £;],■) and suspended his license for three years.
