Considerable anxiety still exists in Manchuria following the arrival of the Chinese Consul, staff and families who report the ill treatment of the Chinese community lat Yiddivostock and the refusal o.f the Soviet to supply food 1 . It is stated that Soviet troops are drilling night and day and motors and other vehicles have been commandeered.
