CHANGE IN PARTY MACHINERY. MOVE FOR FRJEpOM. LONDON, June 2,6. Now that Labour, hojs| 'office ' the Ministers feel it is necessary for a change in .the party machinery. Hitherto the Labour policy in Parliament has been (decided, by, an .executive consisting of "members of the House of Qpmmqns elected by ba}}pt.
