PROVISIONS ON ESTIMATES. FULL MILLION NOT PROVIDED. LONDON, March 22. For (lie third successive year the full million sterling for the Empire Marketing Board docs r{o*t appear on the civil estimates in which this year £550,000 is set down, making £1,550,000 short in the votes for t'hree years. It is explained the full amount can be voted in the Supplementary Estimates if needed.
