SHANGHAI, March 22,
The latest reports from Nanking state that sixty thousand Nanking troops are mobilising in preparation for an anti-Hank'cw drive. A number of foreigners have evacuated the Yangtsze Valley, and a war between Nanking Government and the Hankow clique is believed inevitable.
