LONDON, Feb. 12
A pact to stir up world revolution and light strong governments wherever found, starting in Italy and Spain, has been signed on behalf ot Italian revolutionists by Eugnio Chiesa. an ex-Minister and Faccinettiex, a Deputy and Seniors Unamuno and Basset cm behalf of the Spanish Radicals, according to the Paris coirespondent of the Daily Express. The pact is described as an alliance of Italo-Spauish republicans and follows repeated failures by the autiFascists to overthrow the Mussolini and de Rivera governments. It pledges the parties to combine all means in their power to do tins, and also mentions an attempt to persuade the League of Nations to exclude Italy and Spain on the grounds that their governments are incompatible with the League’sf democratic
spirit. The Italian anti-Fascists are for the most part, seeking refuge m south-east France, and General d© Rivera’s opponents have their headquarters partly in Paris and nartly at, jfeau clo ,Luz and in luxuriousvillas between Biarritz and the Spanish frontier.
