It has now come to a full stop. We have come to (the point where toe people of Australia might well ask the searching flues 4 - tions, ‘Are we going on with Canberra, or are w r e going to pull it hack?’ Canberra as it stands to-day could be pulled back. The true alternative seems to be that we should go on rather than slumber on the job.”—Australian Press Assn.
