I always said wc would obtain a majority over all parties of 60 to 70, hut it will ho more difficult than the last election. My tip is Conservatives 338, Labour 214, Liberals 60, Independents 3. Mr Philip Snowden thinks the Liberals will get GO to 70. Mr Baldwin in a recent speech said ho did not think tho Libeials would come into office. They might hold tho balance of power.
