THE AFGHAN REVOLT. ULTIMATUM REPORTED. (Received 11.0 a.m.) I DELHI, February 7, It is reported from Peshawar that Russia has delivered an ultimatum to Baechasak'ao that 1 unless he ceases to pillage the Kabul treasury and pags £3,000,000 within eight days for rifles, ammunition and War equipment supplied to King Amanullah, Kabul will be bombed.
