THERE AVILL BE AN OUTCR Y. CANBERRA, Dec. 7. lire threats of increased shipping between Australia and England is causing the. Commonwealth Government concern. The Prime Minister, Air S, M. Bruce, stated today that if the freights were increased there would be an outcry both here and in England. It is understood that the shipping companies for Rom© time hawe been endeavouring to obtain a reduction in the heavy costs of handling steamers in Australia.
