TO THE EDITOR Sir, —The Stratford Hospital ,Board dj:>es s fime queer things lat times, and their latest is surely a striking example of inconsistency. Early this year the Board decided that it was necessary forth© proper running of the Hospital that the wardsman should he an unmarried person and resident at the Hospital. A single man wa s put in the position, but now, after six months’ the Board has appointed another man and he is married.
