KING'S THEATRE. DOUBLE FEATURE PROGRAMME. No. 1. "Wolf Fangs," the second of a ser- , ie s of fascinating dog stories written for Fox Films to star "Thunder," the champion Police dog, is now at the King's Theatre. Thunder is supported by a complete canine cast as well as an exceptional human one f in this story, a gripping tale of the life on the open ranges of the North. Charles Morton and Caryl Lincoln have the human leads. James Gordon and Frank Rice have the other parts. Lew Seller directed the production. No. 2. In most of the dramas of the screen, which have a newspaper background, the cub reporter usually cuts considerable figure. In fact he very often falls in love with the editor's daughter, and frequently wins her hand when he scoops the opposition papers. In "Headlines," the latest story of newspaper life to come to tli e silver sheet, the cub';; big story is about a dog biting a man. The city editor tears up the yarn, and tells the cub that ft would have been news if the man had bitten the dog. Alice Joyce has the leading role and Malcolm McGregor plays opposite her. FIRE BRIGADE EUCHRE. The usual pleasant time is promised at the euchre party being held tomorrow evening at the. Fire Jh'.'gado statiojii. DIGGERS' SMOKE CONCERT. A good time is promised at the Diggers' smoke concert being held in the Foresters' Hall to-morrow evening. An excellent musical programme has been arranged, and community singing will be catered for with some good choruses. A hot supper will be -provided.
