MEETING OF COMMITTEE. • 'The committee of the Citizens’ Band met last might. Arrangements for boarding members of the Band in connection with the’"contest at Wanganui in February were confirmed. It was decided to inform the Borough Council that the matter of extensions and repairs to the band room had not been lost sight of amt that the work would proceed as soon possible. Messrs G. T. Walters, and L. B. Wilson were appointed visiting conn mittee for the month, their duty being to attend) practices.
