Miss Ena Stockier,' New Zealand, won her beat in the women’s 100 metres free style swim' at the Tnilteann sports at Dublin to-day in 77 seconds, beating Miss Bonnie Mealing, Australia. Miss f?dna- Davcy, Australia, was third i» her heat and qualified for the* final. Ju the 800 metres tree style Lindsay, New Zealand, was second to) Ault Canada. The time was llniiu 29 2-osec.
Moorehouso, New Zealand, won his heat in the 100 metres U neks broke in 8-3 4-sscc.
In the 200 metres free style, Miss Kathleen Millar, New Zealand, ‘jiniit 57 4-dsec, and! Miss Davcy, 2min 50 2-ssoe, won their heats. In the men’s 200' metres free style, Lindsay was third in his heat and qualified for the finals
