NATIONAL PROVIDENT FUND. At the. Stratford Hospital there is a scheme for insuring nurses in the National Provident Fund. Those who undergo probationary • training are put on the Fund, and, it seems, if they leave the Hospital at the end of such period, the general practice is for them to drop their connection. with the Fupd. It appears that nurses of long service who leave the Hospital also have the habit of dropping out of ‘ the Fund.
