its session this morning. I n the absence of the Chief Justice, who is still confined to his home. Sir William Sim, is acting as Chief Justice. Other judges in attendance are Justices Reed, Ostler, Blair and Smith. The Court granted the application to strike John (Henry Victor Mansill, of Auckland, off the roll of practising solicitors. Attention was drawn to the fact that Mansill had recently pleaded guilty to several charges of theft and one of forgery. Mr H. R. Meek appeare dfor the Auckland Law Society, which was allowed fifteen guineas costs.
