CHARGE OF ASSAULT,

SYDNEY, April 1

David Thomas Forrester, aged 18, a hairdresser, (at the Glebe Court today, wag charged with maliciously inflicting grievous bodily harm upon Robert Trussell, at Glebe, on March 26.

Constable Hughes said that at 6.10 a.m. on March 26 he went to the rair of a shop at 44 Ross-street Glebe, and saw defendant being held by a man named' Bagshaw.
