ZAGHLUL VISITS LONDON. (Reuter.) Cairo, September 12. Tt appears that Zaghlul has communicated to the Egyptian Cabinet the correspondence between 1 Mr MacDonald, and himself and invited the views of Cabinet, which unanimously agreed with the attitude., of Zaghlul, who subsequently cabled that he bad decided to go to London 1 on September 23. It is emphasised that Zaghlul is not going to London to> negotiate, but to remove obstacles. If successful lie will enter into negotiations.
