SOLES TORN OFF
NEWSBOY INJURED.
Sydney April 25.
To have the soles of his feet torn off was the frightful experience which Cornelius Latona aged 12, a newsboy_ hud yesterday morning. The unfortunate lad was riding on a tram in Anzac Parade, near Robertson Road, Kensington, when he slipped and fell. His feet were dragged under the tram and caught in the wheels.
The Civil Ambulance was called, and Latona, who lives in Duke Street, Kensington, was rushed to Sydney Hospital, mhere lie was admitted by Dr. Dawes.
