CHINESE PIRATES
PASSENGERS KIDNAPPED.

A isl'ortuguese captain and Indian guard in a motor boat going id Kongmoon from Canton were shot dead by pirates disguised as passengers at midnight on the Ist of May. The pirates kidnapped forty passengers after looting the vessel.
