SHIPPING TROUBLE
ON THE SIDNEY WATEBFJBOXT.
DEADLOCK REACHED.
Pi-ess Aseociationi—Copyright. (Recoived 10.25 a.m.) Sydney, May 6
Fear is expressed that the waterfront trouble is likely to develop today on the Commonwealth liner, Hobson's Bay, which yesterday completed a round voyage. The old crew finishes up to-day, when a new crew will he signed on. It is then that trouble is expected. A deadlock was reached in the dispute on the steamer s Katoomba and Karoola, and it is regarded as certain the owenr.B will not attempt to man the ships unless guarantees are forthcoming against further interference.
