Letters and Letter-cards.—lnland !..Id for tlio first 2oz. or fraction thereof, and Id for each additional 2 oz. or fraction thereof. All other places to which Postal Union rates do not apply. A fragile fee of Gd is charged on all inland parcels that do not exceed Ift. length and girth combined and of 9d on those that exceed 4ft. length and girth combined, which parcels the senders desire forwarded to destination in hampers. The fragile fees. however do not apply to parcois con ! lining fishing rods, golf sticks or similar articles that exceed 3ft 6in. in length. insurance of Parcels.—lnland, 3d up to £2 Packets (comprising commercial papers books, and printed papers, pattern and samp'e packets, and (Jn';'gistered magazines).
