OBITUARY
The death Is announced from London of Viscount Farquhar, G.C.8., G.G.V.0.; Lord Stewart, of the Household,: aged 78. He represented Mary-
lebone In Parliament and on uhe L.O.C, for some years. He was Lord Steward in the reign of King > Edward; whose friendship he enjoyed. A Greymouth Press association message to-day reports the death of Mr Robert William Greenwood, aged 85. He > arrived in Taranaki as a lad and * fought through the Maori war. He . came to the Coast 40 years ago and entered the railway service. He was- prominent in district Masonic circles. His surviving son Mr George Greenwood, is manager of the Bank of New South Wales in Hobart.
