An ex-Magistrate’s Court official, Frederick Henderson Joyce, a single 111 an, 33 years of age, appeared before Mr Pago at the Court to-day, charged with theft as a Government servant of £136 4s 3d. The evidence showed that accused made out receipts, to which ho did not fix the necessary stamps, and also took stamps off olfi receipts to cover l up the deficiencies.
