There was some sensational cricked at Lords. Middlesex made 231 on Saturday and Surrey to-day reached 206 before the third wicket fell and then collapsed against Durston and G. O. Allen, a young Cambridge Etonian who was bcrn in Sydney, and all were out for 229, the fourth, fifth, sixth and seventh wickets falling for one run. Allen took four wickets for 52.
