At Philadephia, Kid Wagner, a local feather-weight, decisively outpointed Johnny Dundee in the eighth round of the bout. Dundee retains the title, since the bout was a no decision match.

WELTER-WEIGHT CHAMPIONSHIP

A fifteen round contest between Jock Graham (holder) and Fred Hansen, both of Auckland, for the New Zealand welter-weight championship went the full journey, Graham gaining the decision on points. Graham's right arm win out of action after the tenth round, but his left carried him to victory.

PROFESSIONAL BOUT.

Timaru, August 28

A fifteen round bout between Les Murray and Tommy Pairhall for a purse of £2OO went the full distance to-night, Fairhall getting the verdict on points. Fairhall claimed nine of the rounds and two were drawn.
