ANNUAL MEETING. The annual meeting of the Radnor Co-operative Dairy Co., Ltd., was held on Friday, when there was a representative attendance of shareholders. Mr M. Davis (chairman o!' directors), presided. The report and balance-sheet Were adopted. The report stated : The season 1912-22, milk received 926,005, (Season 1922-23) 939,186; producing fat 37,066, (37,321) ; cheese manufactured 97,609, (96,241); lib cheese to lib fat 2.03, (2.58); lib milk to lib cheese 9.48, (9.75); average test 4.0 (4.0); cost manufacture 1-48 (1:53). The working account shows a: balance of £3Bl 7s 2d. A final bonus of 2 S-B<l ha s been paid out. Suppliers have been paid an average of Is 6.36 d for season. 'The directors, Messrs M>. Davis, W, G. Tucker, and E; O'Sullivau wore re-elected for the ensuing year. Mr T. Harry Penn was re-elected, auditor. At a subsequent meeting of directors, Mr M. Davis "'as re-elected chairman.
