NON-PERMANENT RESIDENTS. if you ar© not a permanent resident of New Zealand returning thereto after a temporary absence— What is your occupation? Where were you born? Where was your father born? Where was your mother born? What will ho your address while in New Zealand? In what country were you last permanently resident? ; Do you intend to become permanently resident in New Zealand? If so, state whethe* you are single, married, widowed, or divorced? WHY ARE YOU HERE?
