HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES. Per Press Association. Wellington, August 21. Tho House of Representatives met 4 * at 2.30 p.m. The Hon. R. F. Bollard said that, if the Motor Vehicles Bill was parsed this session a clause would be introduced dealing with -persons convicted of manslaughter in connection with driving motor vehicles. Mr Massey said legislation Would be introduced this session dealing with the expiration of the ten year leases under the West Coast Native Land Settlement Act. The Hon. J. G. Coates said the contribution from the Consolidated Fund in support of the railway superannuation hmd last year was £75,000.
