At the Supreme Court, Justiqp Hordman sentenced George Richard Slade to four years’ hard labour for assault with intent to commit rape. Herbert Helen, who committed a breach of his license by the Prisons Board, was described by the Judge as a confirmed criminal, and was .*-enbencod to three years’ hard labour.
