Weather Breaks
SNOW IN CHRISTCHURCH. Per Press Association. Chrischurch, August 20. Alter a perfect week fur the Grand National, the weather bioke after midnight on Sunday, and the city was covered with snow at seven o'clock. There wa s an immediate thaw owiiif4 to a high southerly wind, and the weather towards midday was much clearer.
