The question was raised' by the publication of the pamphlet, ’which was issued by the P.P.A. and welcomed by the Reform Party. Indeed, the matter of sectarianism has been used continuously since the beginning of the campaign by Mr Hine’s supporters. The fact of Mr Masters haying to reply to the circular, is surely a clear indication that the matter was not introduced by him.—l am, etc.,
