SERIOUS CASE AT NELSON. Pee Press Association. i Nelson, Juno 18. At the Supreme Court to-day, before Mr Justice Chapman, James Francis Kogan, charged on three counts of indecently assaulting hoys at the Stoke training farm, where he had been an attendant, was ■ found guilty on one count and sentenced to ten years’ imprisonment.
