London, March 4. Members of all parties express the spinion that in June Mr A. Birrell ivill re-introduce the Home Rule Bill.
It is expected that some weeks will elapse after Mr Asquith's statement
so as to permit the proposals to be
digested

The Union Defence League has
taken up the appeal against Home Rule, and is distributing a memorial throughout the Kingdom for signature.
