the story was a long one, and it was not for him to tell if. When the Mawson book came'out, they would road the whole thing. Amongst
other important discoveries made were the nests of Antarctic petrels which were never before found, six Roos seals, and a very rare species of whale. By dredging, many rare specimens were obtained.

Dr. Matrsou shortly visits England in connection with the expedition. His forthcoming marriage to Miss Delprat, daughter of the general manager of the Broken Hill Proprietary Mine, is announced.
