BURNED TO DEATH.
TWO NEGROES AND A NEGRESS INCINERATED. BY MOB OF ANGRY WHITES. (By Electric Telegraph-Copyright.) (United Press Association.) (Received 7, 11.20 a.m.) New York, December 6. At Memphis, Tennessee, a mob of white land tenants waylaid- two negroes and one negress on the way to market. They tied them to their cotton waggon and burned them to death. The mob objected to negroes settling on certain land.
