ESCAPEE RECAPTURED.— A youth who escaped from the Borstal Institution on Tuesday was arrested at Riverton and has been returned to the institution.
GOOD CONDUCT .— Advice has been received that Signalman S. Turnbull, of Riverton, has received a stripe for three years’ good conduct in the Navy. He is now serving in the Admiralty Islands, north of New Guinea.
