AUSTRALIAN RUGBY TEAMS

Flying Visits To N.Z. Suggested SYDNEY, August 28. Australian Rugby Union club teams may fly to New Zealand next season fox- weekend matches. This is suggested by New Zealand Rugby Union officials in a letter to the secretary of the New South Wales Rugby Union, Mr C. D. Kennedy. The officials said the players could leave Sydney on a Friday morning, play matches on the Saturday and Monday, and be back in Sydney on Tuesday morning. Mr Kennedy said: “We will be glad to send teams to New Zealand next year, and New Zealand teams will be welcome over here.”
